How do I change filters?
Whole home filters can be replaced by following the step-by-step process outlined in your user guide. Or, for detailed instructions, visit our Filter Replacement page. This involves switching the system to bypass, depressurising the unit, removing and replacing the filter cartridges as well as restoring flow and flushing the system. If you prefer, our service team can handle replacements for you.
Do you offer filter subscriptions?
Yes. We offer automated reminders and optional subscription services that deliver replacement filters directly to your home on schedule.
Is maintenance required to keep the warranty valid?
Yes. Filters must be replaced at recommended intervals and installation must be compliant to maintain warranty coverage.
Is there a warranty on installations?
Yes! All installations come with a 12-month workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties on systems range from 1–10 years depending on the model.
